Registered Nurse Consultant Needed Full-Time  The DD Homes Network is seeking a RN Consultant in the Rockford, IL area who will ensure that the agency's core values and mission by assuming responsibility for the health care needs of the adults with developmental disabilities residing in residential group homes.  Duties will include, but not be limited to: activities such as monitoring medical conditions, consulting with medical professionals, training staff, providing direct nursing care, and supervising medication administration.  Minimum Qualifications: Valid RN license with at least 2 years experience and driver's license.
