Nursing  DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL/ PEDIATRIC NURSING Mercy Health System of Janesville WI, recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, is seeking a Dynamic and patient focused RN leader to join our dedicated team committed to fulfilling our mission of: providing exceptional healthcare services, resulting in healing in the broadest sense. This position is accountable for leading nursing excellence for the 36 bed Inpatient Surgical unit, which includes beds dedi- cated to pediatrics. Success- ful candidates will possess BSN, 5+ years of nursing management, experience and be a licensed RN in WI (or eligible).
